How Our Pickup & Delivery Works

Pickup Reminder Notification

Once you are added to a route, you will receive a text message the night before we come by to remind you to put your bag out

Request a Pickup Anytime

If you replied no to a pickup, but realize you need us, use our App to Request a pickup or text ‘Pickup’ to 407-575-7832

Create Your Account

If you don’t have an account yet, sign up here.

Get Assigned a Route

You will be added to either a Monday – Thursday or a Tuesday – Friday route depending on where you live

Receive Your Delivery Hook

We will provide laundry bags and a hook, for your front door, on the first drop off.

Secure Payment Setup

You must have a credit card on file to use our pickup and delivery service. Payment information is completely safe in our system as we are encrypted, and your credit card becomes a token and is never stored in our system.

Full Service Dry Cleaning

We use organically proven methods to clean and care for your clothes. You spend time and money choosing your wardrobe and you want the fabric to be preserved as long as possible. We will help to maintain those fabrics and or return them to their original sheen.

Professionally Laundered Shirts

We pre-spot your collars, check for missing buttons and ensure a perfect press on each shirt. We ensure they are returned to you using our state-of-the-art assembly system.

Tailoring & Alterations

Our Lake Mary, Bumby and Winter Park locations have a tailor onsite. If measurements are not necessary, you may drop off alterations at any of our locations. If you use the kiosk, be sure to add a note to your bag to list what you want us to alter. We may have questions prior to; please be sure your account is up to date with your correct phone number and email address.

Bridal Gown Cleaning & Preservation

We take pride in our cleaning and preservation of your Bridal Gown. New or old we will process it and bring it back to the day you remember and preserve it for the future bride in your family.

Area Rugs & Oriental Rugs

Are you expecting a new baby? Guests? Let us make your rugs pristine.

We clean all rugs in-house.

Shoes

All repairs and cleaning are done in house. We can shine, repair and return to full restoration. We can add a new sole or heel to your favorite pair of shoes. We are professional cobblers. If you want to clean up those favorite tennis shoes, we can do that too!

Handbags & Purses

We can clean, do repairs, and return your favorite bag back to you looking like the day you bought it.

Cleaning and repairs are done on-site. We never send them out

Leather & Suede

We understand the unique care requirements of leather and suede items and provide specialized cleaning services to ensure their proper maintenance. We clean coats, jackets, gloves, pants, skirts, purses, handbags and more!

We clean all leather and suede at our state-of-the-art facility.

Wash & Fold

Save time this weekend and let us do your laundry! Fill up your bag, drop off at one of our locations or leave out for a pickup and we will handle the chore. It will be returned ready to put away.
